SME Innovation Stories 2




Yesterday, we delivered a talk at the SME Innovation Stories Series that was held at WORQ which is located in Glo Damansara and the reception that we had received had been overwhelming. We are truly thankful that we had been constantly receiving such warm reception in all the events and talks that we had been participating and we would like to take this opportunity to thank all of you for your kind support. 

The attendees were a mixed crowd that came from start-ups right up to public listed companies and they were a very receptive and interactive audience.  The topic for the day was on Providing High-Quality Customer Service through Integrated Communication Strategy. 

Instead of the usual lecture style of deliverance, this talk was structured around case studies that narrated actual success stories of today’s organisations. This case study is very relevant to today's organisations due to the rise of newer customer support channels such as social media, email, website, instant messaging, and phone.

After having had a very good reception from our last talk that was held at The Launchpad, Cyberjaya, we have been invited to share our experiences again and this time, it would be happening at WORQ that is located in Glo Damansara. 

This event is scheduled to happen between 11.30 am – 1.00 pm on the 29th of March, 2018. This time around, the topic shall be on Providing High-Quality Customer Service through Integrated Communication Strategy

This case study is very relevant to today's SMEs due to the rise of newer customer support channels such as social media, email, website, instant messaging, and phone. You will learn how the company provides a personalized customer service using a complete view of the customer's cross-channel experience. This has also allowed the company to provide consistently high-quality service across all channels to their customers. The speaker, Deep, would be sharing his extensive experience on the above along with the importance of business automation to scale growth, improve overall customer experience and retain more customers in the long run.

An Evening With Tech Start-Ups

Last Wednesday, we had a fabulous session with the Tech Start-Up community in Cyberjaya. Having been organized by The Launchpad, this session drew like-minded individuals who were earnestly in search of knowledge that would help take their business to the next level. The topic for the evening was The Importance of CRM for Start-Ups and the knowledge sharing session was presented by Deep.


CEO

Deep is the Founder and CEO of Soft Solvers Solutions, an MSC status company that provides a cloud-based suite of digital transformation solutions to businesses across Asia and beyond. He has more than 20 years of industry experience and has worked extensively in the Asia Pacific region.

Having been in the industry for over two decades, Deep was able to bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to that session that tremendously benefited those budding entrepreneurs. Instead of the usual rigid learning methodologies, this knowledge sharing session was built on real-life examples. The entire session was jovial and that helped loosen up the participants to communicate as well.

An Evening With Us at the Launchpad




Would you be free this Wednesday evening? If yes, please do come and join us in one of our knowledge sharing sessions that would be held from 7 pm to 10 pm on the 14th of March, 2018 at The Launchpad, Cyberjaya. 

Second CRM is proud to be part of this event that is dedicated to startups in ensuring the success and well-being of their business. This three-hour event is organized by The Launchpad, which is a brand new co-working & event space, set up to support the entrepreneurship ecosystem in Cyberjaya. 

Sometime in November 2017, we did a similar session with Cyberview Sdn Bhd, the landowners of Cyberjaya and it was during that session, that we met some of the key stakeholders of The Launchpad. They had participated in that event and had benefitted from the content that we had shared. It was through that event that this invitation had been extended to us for the benefit of the budding tech community that is based in Cyberjaya. The topic for this session shall be The Importance of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) for Startups

2FootPrint DotCom Success Story



We are now in March, the last month of the first quarter. There is so much that had already been done, yet, there is still much more to do and I am fairly certain that many of you would be thinking the same.

As for us, lot’s of new things had been happening and the energy levels are the highest ever. As we briefly mentioned in our last blog, a couple of new partnerships are being forged as we write this and that opens up new geographies and countless possibilities for our partners and us. We at Second CRM are definitely looking forward to some very exciting times ahead.

Amidst all these expansion plans, it is business as usual in Malaysia. From the beginning of the year, we had been sharing a number of case studies and today, we are pleased to publish our 5th case study for the year and this is with 2FootPrint DotCom.
