An Exciting Weekend With Vibrant Start-Ups

A fortnight ago, we were glad to be part of the Cyberjaya Start Up Summit that had happened on the 12^thand 13^thMay 2018 at The Launchpad, Cyberjaya. This magnanimous event brought together more than 300 start-ups under one roof.

It was a truly amazing feeling to see so much energy in the room amongst budding entrepreneurs that were so eager to learn and drive their business to the next level. Being the Silver Sponsors of this event, we truly take pride in being part of their entrepreneurial journey.

There were many knowledge sharing sessions that were held throughout the two days and industry specialists and gurus in their respective fields had shared brilliant insights with these budding entrepreneurs. 

An Exciting Show Of Innovative Talents - ITEX 2018

Last week, we were invited to speak at ITEX ’18 which was held from the 10^th– 12^thof May 2018 at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre on the topic of Innovation and Focus Driven Approach to Entrepreneurial Success. Despite being the day after the 14^thMalaysian General Elections, the turnout was overwhelming.

This in an international event that draws participants from around the globe, especially young minds to showcase their innovation and technology. There were participants from most Asian countries as well as from Europe. These participants were then judged by a panel and there were numerous awards that were awarded.

We were there specifically on the 11^thof May 2018 to speak on the above topic and the speech was delivered by our CEO, Mr. Mohandeep Singh. The entire talk was focused on our journey as a company, how we had started and the rights & wrongs that we did, the lessons that we learned along the way and how we pulled through difficult times by staying focused on what we do.

SME Innovation Stories 2

Yesterday, we delivered a talk at the SME Innovation Stories Series that was held at WORQ which is located in Glo Damansara and the reception that we had received had been overwhelming. We are truly thankful that we had been constantly receiving such warm reception in all the events and talks that we had been participating and we would like to take this opportunity to thank all of you for your kind support. 

The attendees were a mixed crowd that came from start-ups right up to public listed companies and they were a very receptive and interactive audience.  The topic for the day was on Providing High-Quality Customer Service through Integrated Communication Strategy. 

Instead of the usual lecture style of deliverance, this talk was structured around case studies that narrated actual success stories of today’s organisations. This case study is very relevant to today's organisations due to the rise of newer customer support channels such as social media, email, website, instant messaging, and phone.

 

SME Innovation Stories

After having had a very good reception from our last talk that was held at The Launchpad, Cyberjaya, we have been invited to share our experiences again and this time, it would be happening at WORQ that is located in Glo Damansara. 

This event is scheduled to happen between 11.30 am – 1.00 pm on the 29th of March, 2018. This time around, the topic shall be on Providing High-Quality Customer Service through Integrated Communication Strategy. 

This case study is very relevant to today's SMEs due to the rise of newer customer support channels such as social media, email, website, instant messaging, and phone. You will learn how the company provides a personalized customer service using a complete view of the customer's cross-channel experience. This has also allowed the company to provide consistently high-quality service across all channels to their customers. The speaker, Deep, would be sharing his extensive experience on the above along with the importance of business automation to scale growth, improve overall customer experience and retain more customers in the long run.
