Last night, Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin had announced that the entire nation shall be on a movement control order commencing March 18 to 31, 2020 in order to combat the sudden increase in the number of Covid-19 cases in Malaysia. We at SoftSolvers Solutions wholeheartedly agree with the government’s decision and pledge our support to this order.
This
is a crucial move as it would drastically reduce the spread of the
Coronavirus and prevent new cases from emerging. Nevertheless, our
customers are rest assured that business is as usual for us and we
shall continue to provide our customer support services, just like
any other day. This is made possible using our technology platform,
Second CRM,
and internet services as we are now able to work remotely in the
comfort and safety of our homes.
Using
Second CRM, we are able to run the entire organisation remotely and
not only limited to our customer support services. Marketing
Department runs as usual as they can still execute their Marketing
Campaigns regardless where they are.
For our Sales Team, it is business as usual as
well as they can still access all their accounts and contacts using
Second CRM. Sales calls can be done as per normal and all customer
interactions can be tracked in Second CRM. Any new enquiries can be
immediately attended to as these are all automatically logged in the
Leads module and assigned to the salesperson for further action. This
ensures that all incoming enquiries are just not left unattended to
during this movement control order.
